A new chapter!
Eight years have passed since ICAPE Italia was founded in 2017 in Modena, when our PCB experts started the local Business Unit. The company has grown rapidly throughout the peninsula and is now entering a new chapter of its history!
Proximity to its customers has always been a fundamental cornerstone of the ICAPE Group and of the strategy over the years, combining the services offered with the needs of the different customers, in each country where ICAPE is present. Through the daily work of local experts, more and more clients have led to the hiring of more talent, the allocation of more resources and the acquisition of larger infrastructures.
In 2023, with the opening of a brand new facility, including a large warehouse and with two new acquisitions that will become part of the group in 2024 (P.C.S. and Studio E2), ICAPE Italia has strengthened its position with a historic PCB company and a promising PCB design studio.
Over the years, the Italian facility has become one of the most successful stories within the ICAPE group, and in 2025 it entered a new chapter in its history: new organization, new services and more opportunities for its customers with an ambitious plan to support the growth of ICAPE Italy. Under the leadership of Pascal Lequerre, the new managing director of ICAPE Italia, a new phase is opening, at the pace of integration and new hires.
With twenty years of experience in the PCB industry, Pascal Lequerre believes that the ICAPE Group is the ideal place to develop his strong customer-centric vision:
“When I was offered this opportunity, I couldn’t ignore it. I have been working in the Italian PCB market for almost 25 years and I am sure of the potential of a structure like ICAPE. The 2025-2028 business plan envisages strong growth in the Italian market, Europe’s second largest market for PCB purchases,” said Lequerre.
Between integration and new hires, the existing structure of ICAPE Italy has become even more dynamic, prepared and with a lot of experience. All available to its customers. With three designers, two Field Application Engineers, a quality manager and a group of dedicated sales technicians located throughout the country, a large warehouse and brand new offices, the ICAPE Italia staff is working to take the company to new heights: “The quality of the service and the range of possibilities that the ICAPE Group can offer with regard to printed circuit boards and technical parts are simply amazing. Design, printed circuit boards, customized technical parts: the ICAPE Group with ICAPE and CIPEM can accompany its customers from early stages of their projects to mass production and be a privileged partner in many aspects that competitors cannot match,” said Lequerre.
The goals are ambitious for this new chapter in the history of ICAPE Italy!
